All individual account and locker holders.
What to bring
- Nomination form
- Nominee name, age, address and relationship
- Guardian details if the nominee is a minor
How to apply
- Collect the nomination form from the branch
- Fill and sign it in front of a bank officer
- Check that the nominee name appears in your passbook
